It’s not paranoia if they are really out to get you......

It never ceases to amaze me how so many people can be led to the lion’s den based on pure emotion alone. It’s as if we are watching our society give up their God given right to life and their ability to defend it, all because someone lied and told them a gun free zone would make them safe. Believing in a God given right, or rather responsibility, to defend your life requires a belief in God, first and foremost. This is something that is definitely lacking in our society today. Perhaps this is why our nation appears to be going mad, perhaps this is why the left is so hell bent on destroying Christianity; without it the idea of natural rights disappears.

The anti gun left would have you believe that rendering yourself helpless and relying on police, who prove over and over again to be unable to prevent murder, is the solution to so called gun violence. In a world where every day, we see another madman, probably doped on psychotropic drugs mind you,  kill indiscriminately; the left would have you believe surrendering your weapons is the way to guarantee your safety.  In fact, Shannon Watts, the master mind spokeswoman for Mom's Demand Action, is on record claiming that a good guy with a gun has never stopped a bad guy with a gun. She has the ability to look you in the face and tell this blatant lie in the face of the overwhelming evidence that suggests otherwise. Just today, a father in a St. Louis neighborhood saved his daughters life as she was being held at gun point in her own front yard. When seeing what was occurring outside, the father of this young girl grabbed his hand gun and killed his daughter’s abductors. If Shannon Watts had her way, this father would be grieving the loss of his daughter and possibly the rest of his family. Thank God that mom was packing too. This is a scenario that plays out frequently as firearms in the hands of good guys are used defensively nearly three million times per year.

This begs the question; if the left is so concerned about saving lives, then why do they seek to pass laws that only empower criminals and not people who are not inclined to break the law? It seems reasonable to assume that even law abiding gun owners would like to see less guns in the hands of criminals; however, if criminals surrendered their weapons, they wouldn't be criminals, would they? The impression the anti gun left is really giving is that they don't care about the lives of innocent people, and they are only capable of acting on emotion and not rational thought. We all know that gun control isnt about saving lives, if it was the left would be forced to consider our position seeing as though all these shootings occur in "gun free zones."

The truth is that Moms Demand Action are just the proverbial "useful idiots" in an agenda that is much darker. With all the mass shootings set aside for a moment, our government is desperately trying to portray anyone who is willing to stand up for our constitutional rights as a domestic terrorist. Consider this 2009 report released by the Department of Homeland Security. This report claims that people opposing the election of America’s first black president, threats of economic downturn, and the possibility of new gun laws would create new domestic terrorists, especially among returning veterans finding no opportunity after serving their country. It’s almost as if they set out to deliberately create the conditions to provoke a reaction, and then use this bogus data to solidify their position and influence public opinion. Never mind the fact that nearly all of the mass shootings have been perpetrated by radical leftists. Never mind the fact that Eric Holder participated in an armed raid and occupation of Columbia University's  Naval ROTC building while a member of the radical Black Panthers.

How does the Department of Homeland Security account for the fact that Eric Holder and the rest of the Obama administration was caught red handed running weapons into Mexico with the intent of turning public opinion against the second amendment, and passing new gun laws?  CBS news obtained the documents in 2011 which clearly show the conversations discussing this objective of the Fast and Furious operation; yet, as of now it’s just another in a long line of scandals designed to overwhelm you and make you lose interest. Why is no one in our government asking Eric Holder what he meant when he said people needed to be brainwashed into looking at firearms in a different way? Was Operation Fast and Furious one of the methods implemented to do this? What about the incident at the Bundy Ranch, the Las Vegas Shooting? It’s pretty funny how all of these events already have written legislation waiting to go almost immediately. It’s pretty funny how the Incident at the ranch seemed to give the government the perfect opportunity to call those who know their rights, domestic terrorists.

They don't care about saving lives, they don't care about reducing crime, they care only about increasing their power. The power they seek is unattainable while we still have a second amendment, but only if we are willing to defend it. They are using propaganda and lies in a effort to convince you that they are the solution to all the ills currently plaguing our nation. They would have you believe that surrendering your rights is the way to guarantee your safety and that they can provide you with all you need; yet everything they do is a dismal failure as they can’t even deliver mail without going broke. There is a reason they seek to disarm law abiding citizens and it isn't so we can all live in peace. Those jumping on board the calls for more gun control are begging for helplessness in a world gone mad.
